I don't understand your reference tp double taxation. Corporations pay taxes on retained earnings and write off everything else plus a lot of fuzzy stuff as a business expense. In other less than C companies all earnings retained or otherwise flow to the tax structure of the individual owners, so I am not understanding your point.
