You are failing to get the point. The corporation generates the revenue that goes to pay all of these things (wages, salaries, dividends, etc.) There is no reason to tax the corporation uniquely. If the wages are 100% written off (news to me), then you are right, the argument about double taxation is weakened, and relies on dividends only. On the other hand, it still does not establish a reason that corporations should be taxed. How do you figure out corporate America's "fair share", when it is, as it were, the goose laying the golden egg anyway, providing jobs and taxes..........
