I know it happens, always has, always will, but I'd still like to see some headlines indicating those that do it are headed to the slammer. ..but you also know you wont! I believe we are in a phase now that more or and more people are seeing the extent of the scam that is the stock market, starting with financial statements a la enron and going on from there. Because the parties who benefit the most from the "scam" aspects of the market are heavy contributors to both major political parties I think it is a safe bet that NOTHING substantive will happen for quite some time.
