You're right, but IMO the whole thing is crazy. If they would just go in there and kill him and his whole family and everyone he ever knew, and then have the Iraqi's have free elections then we wouldn't have the problem of dicking around with all of this with them at all anymore. The hell with what the rest of the world would think, why should we (and I'm talking about us, the people of the world) have to put up with the constant bullshit with them? How long are we going to have troops and planes stationed near the Iraqi borders? Forever? IMO the hell with that. Let's get the job done now, and the world can move on. IMO the world has an opportunity right now, this is the moment, to try and make things right and put us all on a course where the despots and lunatics no longer have a place. Those dogs need to be put to sleep.
