Strange to say the least.
I agree--who notices postmarks esp from a familiar place? Also, does he not have a secy who opens his mail? And there's been no indication there was substantial powder inside. This guy knows something or has reason to suspect he'd be targetted.

The delay to the CDC is even stranger.
