Wow PECS at $8 that is a great call.. If you follow the Big Picture in IBD the David Saito-Cheung columnist writes Big Picture maybe twice a week. He is the IBD money manager that had the 1400 percent return from 1998 to 2000. He talked about BVF today..both in the Big Picture article and in chartwatch.. I got PECS from him last week at $28.30
