AMD market cap is about 1/42 of Intel's <ggg>

For good reason. Intel has made money every year since 1987. AMD lost money in 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, made money in 2000, and is projected by the majority of major analysts to lose money again in 2001 and 2002. That's 6 out of 7 losing years.
