PNCL very difficult and unclear here....I gave out PNCL under $ 1.00 on S.I., B4 it popped towards 2.00, then "out".....not back since... I find many other better ones, but I wish you well on this one....you never know...obviously, it is neutral here technically, and next move will be breakout/down from sideways consolidation.... but no opinion. but I did recently add SYQT below $ 1 7/8 only, as a buy, and just got very lucky....check out how it's chart looked up till this week.... take care,
