You know you're in the room with amateurs when the most frequent objection is "asked and answered." I love telling opposing lawyers that there is no such objection. If they insist, I throw them a copy of the rules book and challenge them to find it. That depo is a prime example of why one should never represent oneself. What decent lawyer would ever allow his client to go through that?
