AE, As far as I'm aware DoCoMo does not make any equipment. The handsets and base stations are acquired via Sony, NEC, Matsushita and others. I don't think any of DoCoMo's handsets use VxWorks. The base station infrastructure side of things is different however. All of DoCoMo's 3G base stations use VxWorks. Message 16275980 Regards JC.
