"It only takes so much software to run a given amount of hardware" or some such sentence in that long opinion. Even high school kids know that you can buy another program and increase the number of capabilities of their system. The fixed ratio of so much software to a given amount of hardware is simply fantasy. I don't know how long the recession will last but that part of his "analysis" is simply wrong.
