Afula attack embarrasses Arafat on eve of Zinni meeting, and underlines his fading control You think so? I noticed yesterday that Arafat was out of the country, which is always an early warning signal, and concluded that he intended to increase the violence. That also agrees with what Debkafiles said, and they have a pretty good track record on predicting Arafat's moves.
