SE Global Equities Corp., a subsidiary of Capital Alliance and a provider
of technology and financial resources for international investors, has
appointed Hong Lip Yow as senior vice-president of SE Global Capital Inc.,
the company's marketing and corporate finance subsidiary located in
California.
Mr. Yow most recently served as director of Marketrade.com, the on-line
subsidiary of White Pacific Securities, Inc., a prominent securities firm
in California. In 1999, Mr. Yow played a major role in the establishment
and business development of Marketrade.com, which, in its first year of
operations, reached a significant revenue milestone and expanded to nine
branch locations. Among other accomplishments, he co-ordinated a global
sales and marketing program and created a recognized brand name in the
California investment community.
Additionally, Mr. Yow has developed joint ventures with notable securities
dealers in Asia, conducted in-depth research and analysis of Asia-Pacific
business and economic conditions, and implemented various trading
platforms.
Mr. Yow graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a BA
in economics. He also holds an NASD Series 7 licence and is a registered
investment dealer.
