"No... it's not EVIL against GOOD. We make Saddamm EVIL because then we can attack him? He just needs to be dangerous to us. But be honest about it.

This is at the crux of our policy problems in the Middle East. Saddam was our closest Middle Eastern Ally when we were benefitting in his uncooperative attitude in oil negotiations with other Arab nations. When he became difficult for us to negotiate with he became evil. He was committing mass murders of villagers the whole time.

Middle Eastern countries know our main concern is the cost of a barrel of oil. So do most Americans.

"But be honest about it." ...Good place to start.
