Ralph Acampora - let's see....oh yeah I remember him!

In March of 2000 Ralph was explaining to us how the FED rate cuts would not stop the NASDAQ, then around 5000, from going higher. I forgot the exact logic he had but I accepted it at the time - it is now erased from my memory.

I guess he is doing the same thing at the bottom - explaining how NASDAQ must go lower when logic tells you it will go higher.

At least he is consistent.
