I already know what you'll see, and I don't even know who you are or what city you live in. The largest concentration of PP's are in the "Black" section of your city. WHY?>> I'll take a guess. It may be that the PP are in areas where there is a higher teen birth rate and more women with several children. I'm also guessing that in the "White" areas the women know more about and are more apt to use birth control without needing PP.
