I agree he should get more than a slap on the wrist. I'm glad, though that the suit is not for the full loss to the airline. While the jerk triggered the closing of the airport, the decision to do that wasn't his. I think that there are a lot of security over-reactions these days. To the extent that closing the airport was an over-reaction, that's not his fault. Karen
