Tony,

Niles seems to be shooting at where the market is, Joseph seem to be shooting at where the market will be. The stock prices are more in line with Joseph, anticipating, rather than waiting for a recovery. Remember at the Intel high, around July/August 2000, Niles was VERY bullish on Intel, Joseph (absolutly alone) had turned negative. As investors, we should probably be figuring where we will be in a year or two, not where we are today.

Then again, nobody knows.
