allow me to take a stab here.
1. lets assume that the earth is flat.
2. Now because we have days and nights on the earth, there is something bright going around the earth. That bright object is the sun.
3. Now since the sun revolves around the earth, the earth must the flat.
4. step 3 validates our assumption of step 1.
5. Hence the earth is flat and sun revolves around it.
