Wasn't it you, Glenn, that maintained that Amazon would have run out of cash this past spring?

Bill,

You do not read well. I stated that Amazon would run out of working capital by last spring. It so happens at the end of Q2 their working capital was $125 million. Then AOL gifted $100 million to them but clearly $200 million in working capital is not going to make vendors, particularly in electronics, comfortable. Management was trying to fibgure out what do and guess what, they have Circuit City buy their electronics for them. Interestingly enough, this partnership was far better for Circuit City than for Amazon in that it sends people into the Circuit City store. This move would have been more impressive had it been the real player in this arena which is Best Buy. I have gone on enough.

Please answer my question regarding Amazon's cash situation in your opinion for Q1 2002. It is quite obvious that I have predicted Amazon's cash burn and working capital burn almost perfectly and for three straight years now. I am asking you for a 90 day projection and you have evaded this question every time.

Don't try to find errors in my predictions of Amazon's fundamentals. You will be wasting your time. I have been perfect from the day I first posted on this thread regarding their fundamentals.

May I have your answer about cash for Q1 2002? That is all I ask?
