That doesn't answer the question and doesn't make sense either. Many companies don't pay dividends and the most valuable company in the world does not pay a dividend. And it has been a theory for years that dividends dilute rather than help a stock price.

So I will check it out, find the real answer, and if indeed you are correct, then all you have to do to find stupid management is look at dividend payouts
