That report about anthrax in Pakistan is sounds unconvincing. I don't think I'll believe any of these foreign reports until someone actually gets sick.

Furthermore, like most of the hoaxes it mentioned a white powder. Are anthrax spores really white? That seems like a strange color for spores. From looking at the pictures posted on the web. the powder in the Daschle letter was gray or brown.
