Well, it did close up for a change-didn't quite manage its usual closing swoon. I have a question re the AGM and PR statements that the 10K _has been_ filed. Only thing I see on EDGAR is the postponement that was filed in April. Aren't all NASDAQ filings, even small cap, electronic now? Show me the 10K!
