... meetings in Malaysia last month, the opportunity to build
commercial facilities there moves significantly closer.

Funds are available to the project through... by virtue of
a Malaysian Central Bank guarantee.

... in the event of a successful conclusion to negotiations;
which is anticipated by the Company.

Meetings are scheduled... in Los Angeles in early December
of this year and in Malaysia mid January 2002.
