Sure, that fact has been highly publicized, especially by Uncle Bill & Co, but the advantage will come only if POGGY goes well above $300 ie above the price of AU's hedges. Therefore, with gold below $280 as it is at present, AU is more attractive.

Anyway, the contest for the hand of Normandy will continue and the relative merits of each suitor will be revealed.
