This in the journal today: "The latest proposed share-exchange ratio values Enron at $4.91 a share, or a total of $4.17 billion" puts ratio at .1265 based on closing 40.89 on DYN. Plugging in 3 to 1 odds [75%P] favoring this adjusted deal vs a bust to 1.50 on No Deal, we get expected value of 4.06 and no margin of safety. 4-1 [80%] deal odds kick it to 4.23. 10-1 to 4.57.
