First off, nobody is playing "footsy" with suspected terrorists nor are they being coddled as you suggest. Those countries that hold suspected terrorist that United States is interested in extraditing have laws and treaties they are obligated to abide by. These countries are friends of United States, your bloodlust is misdirected, imo.
