I'll have to see him play but I don't think you need a power arm to play in the NFL. Favre had the most amazing velocity I've ever seen BUT he didn't and doesn't always use his head. Brees is an example of a guy who has the smarts but just not as much stuff. That too can work if he plays smart ball. He seemed to do well the other week.
