The insiders are sitting on 30 million shares of NSCP
while the market has only 5-6 million to play with.
The insiders obtained I believe release to unload some of
their shares.
Don't you think that a stock split is an opportunity to do
just that ? Especially after a run up like today !

Is anyone out there willing to buy at over 165 before split?
