<Sweden is high-tech. Swedes are not obese and have the best teeth I've seen. Germans are now slimmer than the Germans of the relative low tech 60s. I lived in those two countries.> My experience with Europe [Germany and France] is that they guard the quality of their food production carefully unlike this country. This includes disallowing what most in this country call 'technological advances'. DAK
