I agree that $1.06 is a steal; I think they have more cash than that (at least according to Yahoo!). However, I haven't heard about anybody else making an offer, so $1.06 might be the last word. Rejecting it would probably drive the price back down in the 30 cent range, so that's not much of an option. The current price (98 cents +/- as I write this) still has a bit of return in it if the deal closes by Feb. (presumably an indication of the risk it might not), but I've probably got enough shares already.

Does anybody know the schedule for tender documents yet?
