Joe, where did you hear that? It is good to see FSI being the media savey jugernot that they are, taut the fact that they got upgraded. I realize this is positive news and I apologize for my sarcasim, but maybe if they were smart they would make an announcement about the upgrade. The stock price sure does'nt reflect any good news. Volume is up from a month ago but the stock price really is not. Gee, there's a suprise.
