ENE @ 1.45 . . .to those shorting: PROFITOFTEN!! . .great place for covering here. . . no guarantees how this thing will play out. Preferreds are all under 10 here. Frankly, the SEC should halt trading in both Enron and Dynergy and launch a massive investigation into WHO is causing Enron stock to plummet each time a buyout deal is announced. I mean think about it. . . . Dynergy could have offered some unscrupulous traders a cool half a billion dollars to keep on slamming Enron stock to nothing. . . and in the end walk away having saved many billions of dollars in the buyout. Is the SEC blind? Or is Pitt afraid of getting placed out of the circle of influence, should he pursue this the way 'we the people' know it should be pursued? Now at $1.10 and heading under a buck.
