Sure seems to me that some downright visionary (or just plain shrewd) large buyers have been consistently accumulating UTEK on weakness

I added some more to my RRSP at 19 1/2 - does this qualify as visionary, shrewd or just plain pigheaded? ;-)

... but I'd really love to see this one hit 15 again. (woulda, coulda, shoulda)
