My ISP in Germany has a 34 Mbps connection. I dial up to him using a 64 K ISDN line. However, Silicon Investor pages load at an average prime time (3 p.m. here and 9 a.m. US) speed of 200 bps - a real pain. In the night here and at 6 p.m. US it gets better but never is above 400 bps.
