Ken,

SATH looks like heavy resistance at 3 but not much between. I suspect there is some news coming. They signed a deal with Direct TV in October that put them on their satellite starting 10/31. This really added to their possible base. The first months totals could be coming out soon. Hmmm. Could it be enough to go past 3? Did you get any shares?
