The finnish government has been "creative" (and realistic) for most of its existence.

I'm sure you noticed who took the double numero uno positions in competitivity now and in
the future (one aspect was the lack of hype, education and basic intellectual honesty).

Has to do with making higher education available after good quality basic education,
even understanding regular taxsation and costs of life.

As well as dancing tango in wheel chairs, no unnecessary demons around, worry about
coming up with tuition fees for obviously extremely talented grand kids.

The "bidding war between the major financial centers in Europe" will maybe have achieved the
same level of wisdom at that time, only some few left, and they are working hard to converge
and reform, compete with something else than low taxes and cheap labor without going bankrupt
in the process.

At that point Nokia might actually diversify more of its headquarter, maybe even Korea
after 17 years of cooperation or China with all their exports.

Remember when Ericsson was to move to London... but closed factories in Scotland.. while
struggling in Spain..and dumping handsets in China... (I think they just sold their
head quarter building, that cashflow and focusing problem)

That is, a regular ignorant "news", forcefully disconnected from what really goes on, globally.
