:16 ET Fed Beige Book : The Fed's Beige Book reports that the manufacturing sector continued to worsen and that more regions were reporting slowing economic activity than a recovery. Though perhaps interpreted negatively by the market, nothing in this report is that surprising, and we would note as we always do that the Fed barely mentions this report in its meetings.
