I noticed this stock shortly after the 2 buy ratings. I think the reason why this has declined is because all of the news came out at once-- with the buy ratings and the contracts. This company seems to be on the right track to me-- the contracts are excellent and IMO the buy ratings after the contracts shows that they believe there's more to come. I am accumulating on dips in price-- IMO now is the time to buy-- if they keep on going like they are, there should be a nice appreciation-- more contracts, reiterate buys-- and you know the rest.
