Constantine, what advantage will 64-bit give to AMD on the desktop? A marketing advantage? Hah, they can't even market their way through QuantiSpeed.

The last thing Intel will want to do is come up with something that resembles x86-64. That would mean Intel plays AMD's game, which is to discredit Itanium.
