Dear John,
You seem well intentioned and everyone is sympathetic to the frustration you feel about the lack of appreciation in acel stock. However, if you could divert a small part of your energies from lambasting the co. to possibly giving us some SPECIFIC suggestions that management should undertake to propel the share price it might lend some credibility to your efforts. Your suggestion about forming a shareholder advisory group sounds extremely naive. What expertise do you have that could benefit this co's development? you simply sound like a person who is frustrated that the investment he has made has not worked out according to your desires and timetable and now would like to find someone else to blame. Being too early is being wrong.
Again what would you do specifically to benefit shareholders of Acel that you think is wise,builds a case for long term value, is ethical and proper in the eyes of the FDA and SEC that current management is not doing?
My personal opinion is that we are exactly where we want to be fundamentally as shareholders. If you truly believe the criticisms you have espoused you are foolish to own this stock.

P.S. your suggestion that we contact all the biotech/healthcare analysts on Wall Street and have them spend time doing enough research to offer an opinion of the merits of investing in Acel has me giggling.
