Kathy: since you asked, IMHO, the best strategy to play this number is to let the market tell you waht to do, not vice versa. As a trend follower, this is the ONLY way. Let us look at it from another angle, the Satie's way. It is a fact that we are in an enviable " no loss" situation. The question is: How many MORE cookies are we grabbing from the jar? this is my proposed cookie-grabbing strategy:

1.Look for Wave One termination. Of course the higher the better.

2.Identify teh Wave Two correction. Today's action is NOT it. A one-day stand never qualifies as Wave Two.

3.Sell you kids (sorry for violating human rights) and buy at the bottom of the Wave Two correction.

I believe this is the safest way to be greedy. Why is it safe? Ask Dustin Hoffman of the Marathon Man. He knows. Wave Three is ALWAYS a continuing wave in the SAME direction of Wave One. And everyone konws the direction of Wave One. Is it safe? Here comes the gravy: the extend of the move in Wave Three is normally greater than that of the Wave One. Mr. Elliott almost guranteed it. By how much? Well, that's another story. Stay tuned.

The 6 million cookie question: How can we identify the Wave Two bottom? Answer: Use T/A, monitor the volume and observe mass psychology.

Kathy, I hope I did answer your question. Have a nice weekend.

Regards,
Mad Monk
