$640 + $14. & I've lost $40 already!

Could be the creditors will own the whole thing!

Sad, I couldn't do the math right!!

I think ENE\ will file bankruptcy. From what I am hearing now, the whole merger was somewhat of a scam...DYN was only interested in the pipeline and was trying to find a way to get out of the rest of it. Even with the break off in merger talks, DYN is claiming they have rights to the pipe line which probably is ENE most valuable asset.

What really amazed this morning was when they closed down their ENE online platform.......I understand that's where a lot of their energy trading is done. Apparently, they are not even trying to maintain the pretense of doing business. This kind of stuff you kind of expect with some tech but not a company like ENE. At least, it was surprising to me.

But no, the bank's not broke by any stretch -- though I did draw down the balance some during late September & early October.!

Actually, I think it could be around time to be getting short again. But when I trade I like to go for a while -- and this isn't the time of year to be short for a while.

Its hard to call this one...normally there would be the Santa Claus rally this time of the year...although I don't think there was one last year. I think we may have some softness up til the next fed meeting on the 11th and then ramp at least til XMAS. Today was profit taking but unfortunately, volume picked up near the close.......not a good sign. We'll see tomorrow.
