I extend my sympathies to those who took big lumps on ENE. If you ask me, a company dumping like this can only be run by someone looking for massive tax advantages by going under. The ENE guys are cons.... or should be. Unfortunately, they gots frenz in high places, so justice is unlikely. The odds are greater that they'll sue me for calling them crooks.... and pimps, as Lady Liberty is available for a price, only.
