It must have been nice to have been in Dynegy's shoes -- "Let's see, if we stall in the renegotiations, we can offer a small fraction of what we offered them before (all the while picking up business from their scared clients), and if they don't take it we'll pick up whatever assets we want in their bankruptcy sale, and, while we're at it, we'll give some more of their customers a call."
