Right now, unless the administration screws up with the stimulation package, I don't see the lows of late September being breached on a closing basis before the last quarter of next year, at the earliest, probably not until 2003. You must remember that in my "long rage scenario" 1400 was the bottom for the Naz, we breached it a little intraday, but so far, good enough. Things may change, however.
