Vion? They came public touting a radiation enhancer (porfiromycin) for which they had no patent rights. Then they tried going the PR route claiming U.S. patent rights to BCHXF's 3-TC. Next, they were promoting nucleosides that would be competing with second generation products from Glaxo and Gilead, products that are far advanced. Having changed names from OncoRx to Vion, what else are they offering these days? Trying to take out tumors with salmonella that selectively target? Have you no pride? :-) I like to make money as much as the next guy, but why don't you run off and start a thread titled..... "momentum, bait-switch, and scare plays with little scientific rationale"? Nice call on LIPO, not that your comments are particularly endearing. Cheers! Rick
