If just 10% of the "mistakes" keep the book it's the greatest sales strategy ever invented. And if the 90% who complain come away feeling good about them it is a great customer satisfaction strategy.
I say this tongue on cheek and it may sound cynical too.
.. I love the company. I think they are the greatest marketing machine in history.
