Actually,... ...all these guys who think they are going to out maneuver the others here in the short term ought to read the preferential transfer rules in bankruptcy. By forcing ENE into bankruptcy, DYN may get absolutely NOTHING. This will either be a nasty, long, wasteful lawyer fight or else DYN better get back to the table soon... ...if DYN thinks it can pull out and get all the pie, it had better think twice. At least, it won't happen any time soon.
