Yes, but... ...proving this will take 10 years and millions in fees. At what cost? If DYN were smart, they should see the issues of material fact in dispute and get back to the table at $4-$5, minimum. Otherwise, they will not likely be sound enough themselves to weather the legal onslaught and delay caused by advancing funds that are tied into frozen collateral.
